Return/Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the small-batch, made-to-order nature of our botanical allocations, de Íñiguez does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Why All Sales are Final:
Custom Allocation: When you join a pre-order campaign, your botanical serum is formulated specifically for your release.
Hygiene & Safety: As professional-grade grooming and aromatic products, our serums cannot be returned or resold once they have left our controlled environment.
Personal Preference: We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on aromatic preference or "change of heart."
Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand behind the quality of our heritage formulations. If your order arrives damaged or is defective, you must notify the Client Concierge at info@deiniguez.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:
Your order number.
Clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging or defective product.
Upon verification, de Íñiguez will issue a replacement for the damaged item.
Agreement of Terms:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these "No Return" terms. We reserve the right to contest any credit card disputes or chargebacks by providing proof of this policy and proof of delivery
