Shipping & Delivery Policy

At de Íñiguez, we treat every allocation with the highest level of care, from our heritage formulation process to the moment it leaves our studio.

1. ALLOCATION FULFILLMENT
Because our products are created in small-batch, made-to-order campaigns, shipping timelines are specific to each release.

Pre-Orders: Estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of purchase.

Processing: Once a campaign closes and production is complete, please allow 3–5 business days for our concierge team to prepare your shipment.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING & TRACKING
To ensure the security of your high-value allocation, de Íñiguez ships via professional common carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority). You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your allocation is dispatched.

3. RISK OF LOSS & TRANSFER OF TITLE
Pursuant to California Commercial Code § 2509, the risk of loss and title for all products passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery of the package to the common carrier.

de Íñiguez is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks the item as "Delivered."

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package in person.

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
We fulfill orders based on the exact address provided at checkout. de Íñiguez is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the allocation.

5. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
While our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of transit, accidents happen. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please follow the protocol outlined in our Refund & Return Policy (notification within 48 hours with photographic evidence).

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, de Íñiguez primarily serves the domestic market. For international inquiries, please contact the Client Concierge at info@deiniguez.com to discuss private shipping arrangements. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient
